For all fellow nerds out there, here is some python software for the @tindequipment progressor that I wrote to test finger critical force (incl. Sounds for countdown timer), max strength and rate of force development (20-80%). An algorithm based on recent studies suggests repoint grades and areas of improvement. A training mode can be used to hangboard using specific target force zones and repeater protocols. I am myself testing a 80% max strength repeater protocol this month.
