I learned a lot about body positioning, rhythm and recovery from this beautiful route on Sageveggen (Sotra, near Bergen, Norway). Crimps, sidepulls and ringlocks take you up this beautiful wave of Gneiss, with pump and psyche being the limiting factors. I tried it way to often in sub-optimal or under-recovered conditions, yesterday it finally all came together and I could collect my draws after whipping off the last few holds way too many times.
